Shipping & Return Policy

Canada Retail Clients

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties & taxes as well as an average of $10 flat brokerage fee ($4 USD entry prep fee and a $6 CAD bond fee on ground shipments or a $10 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200 CAD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.


International Retail Clients

Please note that Botanicals Skin Bar LLC/DBA Young & Bloom Skin hereinafter referred to as Young & Bloom is not responsible for customs charges, duties & restrictions that vary from country to country. Young & Bloom will not retrieve packages for credit or give credit for abandoned packages. To find out about fees and charges that apply to shipments outside the continental U.S., please contact your local ups location.

 

Ordering
Ordering from Young & Bloom is simple & convenient. If you would like to purchase something from our site, simply click the ‘add to cart’ button. A new window will open up to our shopping cart. From there you may add to your shopping basket, etc. we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex. If you would like to pay by check, please contact one of our customer service representative via e-mail or phone.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped & delivered Monday – Friday only.

Sales Tax
Young & Bloom is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York.

Returns and Exchanges
Young & Bloom wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Young & Bloom will only accept returns on items purchased through this website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange a purchase please call or email customer service at info@youngandbloomskin.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase & the product must be completely full and unopened.We are unable to accept used skin & bodycare products. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately for a full refund. We only offer product credit on returns, no refunds. Beyond 30 days and with prior arrangement from management, we may allow exchanges only. Products bought at other locations than youngandbloomskin.com or directly from Young & Bloom stores must be returned there. We cannot accept returns from other locations.
